YMAA: Yang's Martial Arts Association was established in Boston, MA in 1982. With the intent of preserving traditional Chinese Gongfu (Kung Fu) and Qigong , Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming began training students in the rigors of Shaolin Long Fist and White Crane Gongfu as well as Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. Dr. Yang also undertook his life-long dream of teaching and researching the Chinese arts and introducing them to the West through many books, videos and DVDs.

Good
First of all, this video has been shot by professionals and it shows. It gives an excellent idea about what BaGua is. Moreover, although I do not practice BaGua, I believe that it is a good instructional video for practicioners who want to improve their forms. On the other hand, the internal aspects beyond the techniques are neglected, thus making the ChiGung section rather clueless. It cannot be used to learn a little BaGua to supplement other martial arts' studies. I give it three stars mostly because, in my opinion, the price is exceedingly high even considering the high graphic quality.
Two masters on one video!
This is an excellent introduction to the art. And its the only one that I've found specifically of EMEI Bagua. As always, this is a very comprehensive video series from YMAA. Seeing both Masters Liang and Dr. Yang training together is very inspiring, and I am very thankful this document exists. Especially cool is the inclusion of basic training techniques and qigong.
It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This
As there are very few videos on Bagua in any language, this excellent tape is a treasure. I have known both Master Liang and Dr Yang for decades and can assure you that they walk their talk. For those interested in the many aspects of Chineses Internal Martial Arts make this tape your own, because as I said It doesn't get any better than this!
