Texas-shaped puzzle, a fun challenge
I first encountered the Texas Pride puzzle at a retreat, and found it lots of fun to put together with a group of other puzzlers who were also at the retreat. Since my parents assemble puzzles all winter when they don't want to be outside in the cold weather, I bought the puzzle for them for Christmas. They have enjoyed the challenge of working it. Unlike, most items featuring Texas themes, this puzzle includes graphics from all areas of Texas, not just the trite graphics of the Alamo, oil derricks, and cattle. The fact that the puzzle is shaped like the map of Texas adds to the challenge and makes the puzzle more interesting.
