Customer Reviews

A lot of great page pausing moments5
It is not very often one can find a design book where almost every page will pause the reader. The Best of Newspaper Design series are such books.

In this issue are the winning entries and nominated newspaper designs for 2003. Award categories include overall design, news, features, portfolio, special sections, magazine, art and illustration, photography, information graphics (infographics), and redesigns.

Designers who work for newspapers should find this book useful for reference and inspiration.

Inspirational5
When I last went to Africa, to teach journalism, I brought this book along to provide inspiration to me and my students. It works. Because it provides the best in news design from around the world, readers can get a broad overview of the state of newspaper design with this volume.
