The back of the frog is really a scoop that strains water from toys! You could probably get away with the $5 toy nets though.

Must Have! Soothie Pacifier is sewn in to small stuffed animal. It sits on babys chest so they can find the pacifier, especially before they can roll over, or learn to put it in their own mouth. Bring this pacifier to hospital, as baby usually likes the first one they are given.

Waterproof for used bibs, blowouts, etc. Great bag with side mesh pocket. Great for swimsuits/towels when baby grows up. Lots of colors available. Bumkins Brand Name is worth the expense.

If you are going to puree, buy a good food processor. Not necessarily this one. The ones made for babyfood making are cheaply made, and do not work. Or don't waste your money, and buy pre packaged food. My baby wouldn't eat the food I made anyway.

This worked great to plug into my Chicco Carseat. I recently saw some others that are simply a carseat cover, which might be safer. Snowsuits might be cute, but can't go in carseats, but you still need one for playing outside, or a walk with your carrier.

This pack-and-play is STURDY, including the basinette accessory, and the changing table part. Its a bit heavier and more expensive, but well worth it. You can use it as a cosleeper or basinette in bedroom too. Many of the others are cheap and not sturdy, especially the Graco ones.

Get a bath tub with a flat bottom and this type of sling. By the time the sling becomes useless it probably smells, no matter how well you wash it - I had to buy a replacement sling once, but only $6 at Babies R Us. Once baby can sit on their own, the basic flat bottom tub is great. If you get a molded tub, you will likely have to buy a second tub. You probably won't use the shower thing.

Get something similar. hung on the wall over the chaging table. Great to organize stuff until baby figured out how to pull it off the wall, and I had to find a new location for it. Sill works great for stuff though. Definite must have.

You do NOT need one of these. After using it a few times, you will find its a pain in the bum, get real, and just bring antibacterial wipes to wipe off the high chair in the restaurant, or cart at the store.

I love "Built NY" everything, but any old bag will work. Diaper Bag Notes: For an infant 1/2 day trip you only need whipes (get the Huggies disposable packages - see below), 4 diapers, a desposable changing pad (see above), back-up jammies, and a bottle/formula pack. Clip a toy to the carseat, and throw a blanket on them. Less is more.
