It's a police badge... not really a toy.
We used three of these as part of adult police costumes in a play. They looked great from a distance.

We were looking for a well priced badge for my husbands costume. This one served it's purpose well. He even fitted it to an old wallet to make it more "detective like".
We were NOT using it as toy, so I can't say if it's safe for children. It does have a pin on the back.

IDEAL FOR HALLOWEEN!
I used this item for Halloween and it was perfect. I went as a CSI. This badge was cool because I'm 23 and didn't want one of those you would find in a store that are plastic or look cheesy. This is METAL so it looks and feels more realistic! Just make sure you secure the pin well or it could fall off. I suggest buying the badge holder & chain if you have the money! I was also super pleased with the FAST shipping.
