I purchased these used from a private seller. They were very worn and needed to be refurbished. I didn't expect this and called BOSE to inquire about cost. The company was fantastic and went way beyond what I expected. I rated this transaction 2 stars based on the fact I felt I was misled by the seller. The company afterward made up for my loss.
