not bad for price
Not a bad little toy. Works great for activities like snowboarding. I gave a couple to some friends cause they loved my little Sansa so much. Sansa is a much better device and would recommend it over this.

Great Value
I simply wanted a no frills basic MP3 player, and this one delivers. Works as advertised. Extremely easy to load song, just drag and drop, or copy and paste - essentially treat this as a regular stick drive. its that easy.

For such a cheap price and basic player, I do enjoy the feature which allows you to change the backlight color (7 choices in all). Pretty cool indeed.

Easy to recommend this one.

Poor Quality
I purchased two of the MP300-1G's, one before Christmas for $30 and another after Christmas for $20. The first one stopped working all together and the second one's head-phone jack became loose. It also will not play all of the music Window's Media Center shows I've down loaded into it. I think this is a very poor product and I would advise everyone to buy a better known brand.
