Wee Sing King Cole's Party
This is my son's favorite video. It may be annoying to most adults, but in a child's eye, it seems to be quite magical. It's entertaining and to hear your child sing the songs is priceless!!!

Not the best wee sing movie.
This wee sing movie is one of my least favorites. (It's also the shortest.) The story starts when the charactes sing Old king Cole was a merry old soul.(This movie looks kind of old fashioned.) Then Mary(Mary had a little lamb) Jack, Jill, and Little Boy Blue get ready to go to King Cole's Party. (Mary's lamb is in the movie, but doesn't go with them.) Mary's going to give the king mittens, Jack's going to give his blanket, Jill, her kitten, and Little Boy Blue, his horn. They put it all in a pail. On the way they met The leader of the six little ducks who gives them his feather and the crocked man who gives them a crocked six pence. They also met humpty dumpty who takes them to the castle. (Humpty Dumpty dosn't give them a present.) Then they see the king's other presents that are very fancy and they don't think the're gifts are special. But when they give them to the king, he likes them, but he gives Jack his blanket back. The movie theaches that the best gives are the ones that come from you're heart. Children might get bored at times, but it's pretty good.

One most beloved CD
We used to own the VHS tape of this "King Cole's Party" and both our children and us parents loved it.
In the past years I found myself singing the songs from it and recently my 16 years old daughter regretted that we no longer own a tape player because she was longing to see it again.
I got it for her for Christmas and it's still marvelous.
Every actor seem to enjoy his/herself: English nursery rhymes are are a great and honorable way to celebrate your kids and give them joy that they will remember forever. (I'm Italian, by the way!)
It's cheap enough to give it a try.
Do yourself and your kids/grand kids a favor.
Do not forget to see it and sing it with them.
Highly recommended.
