Three pairs and counting
I loved the first pair that I got in the metallic bronze so much that I went ahead and purchased two more pairs in black and metallic pewter. As the other reviews mentioned, these shoes are incredibly comfortable and easy to wear with just about any outfit. I have medium width feet, and found them to be true to size. The medium heel is quite stable, even without a heel strap to hold the shoe in place. The leather is also quite supple and soft, and the metallics dramatic, but muted enough to not look too tawdry or flashy.

The Most Comfortable Shoe/Sandal EVER!
Kenneth Cole needs to make this sytle in more colors! First I purchased the SILVER (it's really PEWTER). I was amazed by the soft cushy comfort. Then I bought the RED...again, I was wow'd by the overall considerate comfort! Then I bought the BLACK...same thing...they are AWESOME! If the BROWN & BRONZE are still available, I plan to buy them too! I have never bought one style in every color (it still sounds boring), but I'm making an exception in this case. I even shared this info with my co-workers...that's absolutely waaaay out of the ordinary for me...I mean who wants their co-workers dressing like matching triplets? I can't help it...this is a fabulously comfortable sandal!!! On top of all that I have never left a review, until this soft shoe!

Comfy and super stylish
I'm giving a 4 review only because I haven't wore them for a complete day yet. BUT I received them, put them on, walked around for awhile and they are INCREDIBLY comfortable. They are not too high at all, they are the perfect height. Not too short and not too tall. The leather material used for the straps are incredibly soft and comfy on the foot.

Once I wear them for awhile I'll be sure to update my review. So far so good! Oh and my own housemate is buying herself a pair!
