Amazon.com Product Description
A treat for the eyes and the mind, the Kenneth Cole men's automatic watch is a handsome and intriguing timepiece that will equally complement both casual and business wear. The 41.3-millimeter square, polished stainless steel case has gently beveled edges and frames a black dial with large silver indexes and an Arabic numeral at the 12 o'clock position. The dial has a square, transparent cut-out that allows a view of the watch's complex automatic movement. A mineral crystal protects the dial contents and a 22-millimeter black leather band with an adjustable buckle completes the watch, which is water resistant to 99 feet.

Customer Reviews
Kenneth Cole disappoints big time
This watch is similar to a Kenneth Cole I bought at almost the same price. Loved the styling and got many compliments BUT, the watch stopped working within a year. Cost 80.00 to repair (same price as the watch), and lasted another few months before stopping dead again. Wouldn't DREAM of buying another Kenneth Cole watch. Great styles, but extremely poor quality and reliability. Buyer beware.
This is a fun, elegant, well made watch.
I looked at a number of automatic [that is, self winding] skeleton [that is, watches where you can see the movement through the face] watches before selecting this one and I'm very happy with it.
I wanted to note a couple of features that I really like but which aren't obvious. First, the back of the watch is clear crystal and you can see the movement and the self-winding pendulum. Second, the watch is large but looks good on my average size wrist. Finally, the stem of the watch is protected by a subtle metal bracket and I REALLY like that feature. I have a watch with an unprotected stem, and just putting on or taking off a leather jacket can pull the stem out, which makes the watch stop. When I don't notice that for a couple of hours, it's really annoying. So I really like it that THIS watch has a bracket that does a good job of protecting the stem from unwanted pulling or turning.
One more thing. You can easily see how wound-up the watch is by looking through the case at the spring (at the 12 o'clock position). That's fun.
I like the hip, fashionable design, I like seeing the movement, and the watch keeps accurate time. It's just what I was looking for. Enjoy.
Good looking watch, great value
I'm not much into designer-named watches. However, this watch caught my eye while browsing the Kenneth Cole store. I purchased it on the spot and haven't regretted one minute with it. Being able to see the movement and being able to easily tell the time isn't something that you can normally do with skeleton watches. The movement is from China, but in this case it works. The decorations on it make looking at the front and back of the movement a pleasure. However, don't fool yourself, though, because this isn't a fine Swiss, German or Japanese movement. When moving the hands to set the time you can feel and see that it's pretty cheap. It does tell time pretty well though.
Make note that there are two different versions of this watch, brown (or dark copper) and black. The name "Kenneth Cole" might also be different. Mine says "Kenneth Cole - Reaction" and is in regular type-face. I've seen others with "Kenneth Cole - New York" and it's in script face. On the back with the "New York" model you'll see Kenneth Cole on the display back whereas the "Reaction" model is blank.
For about the amount of a tank of gas for a SUV, this watch is a great value. I highly recommend it if you like the almost square like design of the watch.
