About the Author
Author Joanne Weeter has worked for Louisville Metro's Historic Landmarks and Preservation Districts Commission since 1983, and currently serves as the city's Historic Preservation Officer. She earned her B.A. in Humanities from the University of Louisville and an M.A. in Historic Preservation from Goucher College.

This book is excellent. These photos and history are good. Some of them that I didn't know, but most of them I know because I grew up in Louisville.
