All purpose knife
This "sandwich knife" is actually a useful all-purpose knife with great balance and an edge that seems to stay sharp (be careful). It is the first knife I reach for. It is made by Komachi, which also makes the fabled and fully priced Shun knives beloved of chefs.

great little knife for the price
A great little tool, I can use the blade to cut my morning bagel, and the spreader side to schmear my cream cheese on it. Also does a nice job on tomatoes, or anything with a firm exterior and soft interior. Handy multipurpose gizmo for the kitchen away from home.

Great Knife!
We tend to buy a lot of French bread, and this knife works perfectly, without crushing the bread. Also, does a great job without squishing a sandwich. Very versatile, easy to clean and SHARP!!!
