I LOVE charlies soap, and wash all of our cloths in it. I believe it was an absolute essential part to making my first cloth diapering experience a positive one. It works fantastic, is free of irritants, doesn't cause build up and gets my diapers white white white!

I really like these covers. I bought a bunch of different kinds to try to see which I would prefer. These are slightly cheaper then the bummis, and run larger - which is nice because there isn't much fuss to fit the prefold in them. You don't have to do much adjusting at the legs once their on. I still like the bummis, but will probably get more of these in the next size.

So the only reason I'm putting these here is because amazon doesn't sell my prefolds. Go to http://www.greenmountaindiapers.com for the best prefolds, and very fairly priced. I get all my cloth diapering supplies for GMD. 3 dozen diapers should be enough, and get lots of the premium wipes, they are fantastic and are so useful for everything not just baby.

Get lots of receiving blankets! They don't have to be expensive or anything, but they really do come in handy and are multi use.

I bought one of these second hand for 20 bucks. My son would wake up whenever I would put him down, and while I LOVE holding him, sometimes you have to do things that don't allow you to (cooking, showering, etc) This was the only way I could put him down without him waking up 30 seconds later. I would have liked a smaller one, these ones are big and bulky.

I haven't had to use mine, but if you're breastfeeding it's good to have one handy

Gives you versatility

You need a car seat anyway, and I hate those super huge strollers. This is ok, I guess. The stroller only weighs 11 lbs, but I mostly got it because I found a closeout one that the travel system was the same price as the car seat alone. I hate the trifold of this stroller, but it does the trick for now.

A nice wet bag for the diaper bag

I love my rocker. It's great for the nights when he wants to be moved, but I'm too tired to keep rocking my arms. I love rocking my baby.

I haven't used this yet, but I think it will come in handy when he starts eating solids. In the meantime, it's not in the way!

Eh - I'm torn on this. It's easier to take a bath with him, and I think he liked it more that way.

My son hated this, got rid of it and got the swing instead.

Skip it! Just go to your local crafts store and buy rigid wrap for a third the price. It's the same exact stuff.
