If you can find it, this cookware set sometimes comes with a wooden stove top tray (w/ 2 burners and knobs you can turn). I highly recommend this pot/pan set, although I would look into the other tray version on different websites if you are interested in getting the stove top piece.

in my opinion, this is the best wooden food set you can buy...

you can velcro the sushi together and chop the rolls up - the chopsticks velcro to the sides of the food, too.. very fun and well-made

bigger than the Plan ketchup and milk boxes you can buy individually - these are more to scale w/the Plan play food (still small but functional in our play fridge)

the wooden alternative to Haba's Biofino sandwich - I prefer the soft sandwich set, but this is cute and fun as well

you can take the banana out of the peel! :)

large(ish) for a Haba food toy, these pieces are about the length of the my thumb... very cute!

2 cones, 2 reversible scoops of icecream that make a total of 4 flavors (pros - soft, adorable, easily stored... cons - not as elaborate as Melissa and Doug's wood/plastic set)

a nice alternative to the Haba cupcakes, which have some small beads, etc. - these have wrappers that fold down but stay attached at the bottom (one less thing to lose!) - again, same company (Yellow Label) as cookies and donuts listed above and below

we don't own these but we have other cloth Haba food that we love... (please make sure you shop around on the price - these can be listed much higher on amazon depending on the seller)

cloth burger w/buttons and velcro - fun and functional as fine-motor practice.... this is not always available on amazon, but if you google it (w/the name of the maker, Mary Meyer), you should be able to find it on more than one toy store website

like the sweet tin muffins above, we don't actually own this set, but based on our experience with other Haba Biofino products, I feel pretty confident this would meet the same standards...
