The Kidde part number 900-0107 is an AC powered direct plug-in, carbon monoxide alarm that can be installed easily in any standard wall outlet. The 900-0107 carbon monoxide alarm uses advanced technology to monitor for carbon monoxide levels in your home and features the Nighthawk electrochemical sensor, the world's most accurate carbon monoxide technology. This alarm has a clean, low profile design along with two LED's; green for normal operation and red for the alarm mode. Unit is UL approved and offers a 5-year limited warranty.

not sensitive enough
I have owned this unit for about 6 years. I thought my family was safe. Well our furnace had a CO leak. Level of CO detected up to 70 ppm. The detector never went off. It isn't sensitive enough. It will detect levels at 400 ppm in 4 to 15 minutes (it says this on the back). The furnace repairman said to get a detector that could detect levels of 70 to 100 ppm at the minimum. I am buying a new detector.

Easy to use!
This is an excellent product as there is no maintanence required. Just plug it in and you are safe! Further, You are not troubled with batteries since none are required. Wish my smoke alarm was this easy!
