You gotta have "flow." You also oughta have ready access to the rewind button to replay the instructions a few hundred times. While the steps are broken down to kid-friendly basics, the action can seem head-turningly complicated. The six hip-hop moves are the most accessible, while the break dancing sometimes appears comically confusing. Not as professional as off da hook, I perfer watching off da hook, I'm not sure about the kids preference. But it didn't cost as much so I guess you get what you pay for

Fun
This is a fun video, especially for kids in need of physical activity. My 5 year old daughter and her eight year old friend had a great time practicing the moves. Neither was able to get it on the first couple of tries, but after practicing 4 or 5 days they have it now. The video is about an hour long and is more fun when done with at least one other person.

This DVD is very cheesy and I am sorry I bought it.
