The Halo 3: Action Figures Series 3: Human Flood is set in 6" scale, features multiple points of articulation and weapon accessories, and is presented in clamshell packaging. The Human Flood depicts an agonized human host merged with a ghastly, vermiform manifestation of the Flood; the original hosts head, having been bypassed, is shoved uselessly to the side. The Flood are parasites that follow a biological imperative to infect and gain control of sentient life forms. Upon gaining access to a desired host, a Flood will mutate the host to a desired specification, generating a monstrously hackneyed hybrid entity that can be utilized as a combat unit.

Editorial Reviews
From the Manufacturer
The Flood also known as the Parasite by the Covenant, is a species of virulent, savage, parasitic organisms that thrive by consuming sentient life forms of sufficient biomass and cognitive capability. Combat forms are most damaging at close range, utilizing their whip-like mutated arms to lash out with scourging blows of significant force.

Great for play and showing off
The figure is great! Although it has only a few points of articulation, its cheap, extremely detailed, and very cool. Must have for any halo toy collector or action figure player.
Halo Flood Combat Form HUMAN Review(figure/statue)
The Mcfarlene Toys(Tood Mcfarlene popular for making the Spawn comic books and novels) Halo series is an amazing series of beautifully sculpted species, people and other things in the Haloverse. The figures in general however, have problems with production problems leading to stiff joints, bad scaled weapons and the like.
However, the Flood Combat Form doesn't actually share those. I'll keep it simple. It is a very detailed figure, more of a statue with a pivoting arm and leg. Which is fine, I keep my figures as a way to ornate my desks, mantles and such. The gun accessory it came with, an SMG, fits well enough to stay in there when the figure isn't moved. It has a hard time standing and needs the black plastic plate that comes with it to hold itself up(the figure is very irregular in shape, the weight only seems distributed to one leg). To prevent stress from the peg and peg hole as the feet are not even with each other, I just put a bunch of coins under his right foot. Now it looks balanced and really cool to show off on top of a fireplace or desk. It looks plenty horrifying as it always had in the games.
Generally its not meant to be played with or articulated/posed much, more of a statuette. Same can be said for some of the other Halo figures. I'd recommend a buy. Make your desk look cool!
Awesome!
I love this! Beautifully crafted and very realistic looking!
Not really meant for little kids though, might give them nightmares... :P
In case you parents were wondering, this thing (The Flood) is the major reason why most of the Halo franchise is rated "M" for "Mature".
In the game, the Flood is a parasite that infects the corpses of living things and turns them into well... (See figurine above)
To the parents who bought Halo for children under the age of 11:
>_< Please take a second look at what your child is playing on their video game console.
