On the heels of the Art + Action exhibit, put together by Jailbreak Toys, we're releasing a limited number of unpainted pieces to the public. We sent 100 of these pieces out to some of the country's top artists so they could show us their own personal visions of what Obama means to America and the world. What we got back blew us, and the entire New York art scene away. Following the show, we received so many requests for the blank pieces that we just couldn't say no.

Like countless others out there, we were inspired by the meteoric rise of Barack Obama and his campaign. In a time when America so desperately needed a hero, along came a man who showed us a brand new vision of what America and the world could be in the 21st century. In many ways, Obama is the closest thing we've ever seen to a superhero... someone who has literally inspired millions of people simultaneously to step past fear, to be brave enough to hope and to go past cynicism and imagine what we could be if we were at our best. That's the stuff of legend! And we wanted to pitch in.

In that spirit we created the Obama Action Figure because every superhero should have one.

KEEP IT CLEAN! Wash your hands frequently to avoid creating oil spots and paint in a dirt & dust free environment. Dust and dirt get trapped in wet paint and ruin the smooth surface.
