First Kindle and Cover
My new Kindle fits perfect in the leather slip cover and I love the color of blue! It's darker than shown, but very pretty. I haven't had any trouble at all removing the Kindle from the cover. I really like reading the Kindle without a cover attached, then sliding it in the cover for storage. Fits great in my purse and travels well, the cover is sturdy enough to protect the Kindle from harm.

I love this sleeve
I have this Octo sleeve for 3 weeks and it's fantastic. My kindle comes in and out without a problem. And this blue sleeve is very elegant and well made. When I bought this blue one I was afraid to be a womans color but when I saw it I feel that I was lucky to buy this color.

Perfect for my needs
The OCTO Kindle 2 Leather Slip Cover is perfect for my needs.

First, I work in a corporate environment and often use my Kindle in business settings (I keep business PDF documents on the Kindle). When I pull my Kindle out in a business setting, I wanted something corporate looking - not, for instance, a funky Neoprene cover. So the OCTO fits the bill on this score.

Second, I wanted a sleeve since I prefer to use my Kindle "naked" and find it easier to take the Kindle and out of a sleeve rather than a book-style cover. One of the other reviewers mentioned having to condition the OCTO with leather conditioner before her Kindle would fit easily in the sleeve, but I did not condition my OCTO and haven't had any problems slipping the Kindle in and out. You just have to make sure the Kindle goes in screen end down with the screen facing toward you.

Finally, I like the fact that the OCTO cover is very sleek and doesn't add much weight. The Kindle with OCTO sleeve fits very nicely in my purse. The cover also feels very sturdy and protective, so I won't have any fear about throwing the covered Kindle into a flight bag.

Finally, the OCTO was pricey, but the leather quality is very nice and I don't regret springing for it, although I was initially hoping to spend less money on a cover.
