great divider
This divider is sturdy and made with a stabilizer on the bottom so the divider can't lean to the side. The fit is slightly adjustable, so I could enlarge the opening to attach it to the shelf easily (my shelf is slightly more than 3/4" thick). Great product. It would probably fit a shelf from 1/2 to almost 1" thick.

just perfect
I was in love the first time I put these dividers up in the closet. I have wood shelves that I was afraid would not allow the metal prongs to slide over and underneath. But it was perfect. Finally a strong and tall enough divider to hold all those bulky or slippery items that shift and fall over when you try to stack them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect Organization
I bought 3 sets to start and have neatly separated all of my handbags and clutches. I also used them to stack my bulky sweatshirts, which take up way too much room in my drawers. It would be nice if they made a taller set of dividers so that I could stack the clothing items higher!
