Pedrini Shears
These shears are very sharp. I use them to cut the fat off of my meat and they work very well.

The Cutting Edge
What can you say about these really excellent utility scissors? They cut great, clean up well, and are comfortable to use. I suppose you can go out and find some sort of clones for less money, but I like the Pedrini quality and think it is worth every cent. When someone in your house says, "Where are the good scissors?", they are no doubt looking for the Pedrinis.
