Amazon.com Review
This 600-denier polyester knife case from Ultimate Edge is made for culinary professionals as well as students who need to carry their own knives and other tools of the trade. Made of 600-denier polyester, this sturdy 20-inch soft-sided knife roll from Ultimate Edge holds up to 12 knives in elasticized pockets. A large flap folds over the knives and secures with hook-and-loop closures to keep the blades separated and protected when the case is rolled.

The knife roll also features a 16-by-5-inch mesh accessory pocket, business card holder, and slots for three pens or probes. The padded handle keeps the case closed with another hook-and-loop fastener, while the adjustable padded shoulder strap clips to two metal loops for easy carrying. A clear plastic pocket on the outside keeps identification visible so the right chef takes home the right case. --Ann Bieri

Customer Reviews

Very good for knives.4
This holder for 12 knives does exactly what I want it to do. Safely transport very sharp knives back and forth to my church culinary chores without taking a chunk out of an unsuspecting colleague. I give it only four stars because it doesn't seem quite as good as some similar products I've seen on various Food Network documentaries, which seem to easily carry things which are a lot less flat than the average knife.

But, if the price is right and carrying knives is what you want, get this product, it is especially good at being stiff, avoiding the risk of pushing a sharp tip out at you at an awkward moment.
