Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension. They provide a natural fit. A good heft and comfortable, positive grip are indications of a well-made knife. Best kept secret!
Can not say enough good things about the Victorinox knives. Have been using them for years. All I have to do to make a believer is to give them some of these knives and they are gung ho too! Great quality for a price that doesn't break the bank. They make wonderful gifts.

sharp!
I've gone through many paring knives that keep getting dull & "sliding down the sides of tomatoes". These knives are great & a pleasure to use. Went back & bought a carving & santokou set too

Sharpest Knives I've ever had.
I've gone through lots of knives, and these are the best I've had for slicing and dicing. Handles are poly and feel cheap, but the blade is what counts.
