Great Product!
I don't think I've been happier with a small kitchen item. All my knives are off the counter and out of the drawers, creating space for prep work. I had forgotton about these somehow, after years of working in restaurants, but oh how handy they are.

I got what I payed for . . .
And you too will get what you pay for with this one. The holder is a notch above dollar store quality. Like many here, I spied this for its length of 24" and its price. The trade off is barely any performance or functionality. Its plastic housing flexes -- be extra careful on your installation or you could end up with a bowed (less than straight) knife holder on your wall. It's not beautiful as someone suggested -- it will add as much charm to your kitchen as your ice trays do. It does not contain very powerful magnets. A knife holder should basically "grab" a knife from you when you're busy prepping and cooking. This one doesn't. You'll have to carefully place your larger knives on it, lest you care to lose some of your toes!!! All these glowing reviews lead me to believe most of the reviewers probably have never had a magnetic knife holder in their kitchen. I had one in the kitchen where I used to rent and found it extremely handy and novel on first use, but that holder was a far better performer with more functionality than this one. If you really can't afford a more expensive holder, this one will do -- just know you are getting what you payed for.

Works super well, good price
It is longer than I realized and can hold a bunch of knives, ten-ish. It was very easy to install with the included screws. I almost gave it four stars because it's not exactly beautiful, but it works so well, and is competing on price not aesthetics, I had to give it five.
