too thick
We have the full set of Katana knives and love all of them except this one. This knife is just way too thick to cut nice slices of bread or to even cut a bagel in half. It is very sharp but the thickness makes it a little dangerous since it is hard to work with.

I love this knife, it's much better than my Henckels, which it replaces. And it's beautiful. It's one of the sharpest out-of-the box knives I've ever bought.
