J.A. Henckels Four Star II is the latest style added to our lineup. The nine-piece block set includes the following knives: 2-3/4-inch parer/boner, 4-inch parer, 5-inch serrated utility, 6-inch utility, 7-inch hollow-edge santoku, 8-inch chef's, kitchen shears, 9-inch steel, and hardwood block. Four Star II Knives are made of high-carbon stainless steel with our patented Friodur ice-hardening process to help retain that sharp edge. The knives are one-piece precision forged and provide great balance and comfort. The detail of the new stainless-steel cap on the end of the handle with the Twin logo stamp provides an update to a Henckels classic.

Very Nice
I am very satisfied with this set and found it at a great price for a 9-piece set. The Henckels knives are the greatest and the Twin Four Star II are the best of the sets. These knives are so well built and sharp that it takes a bit to get use to if, like me, used a cheap set for years.
