Customer Reviews

Great knife5
This is the best paring knife I have ever used. The blade is incredibly sharp and the handle is comfortable. And of course the color is fun and makes the knife easy the find in the drawer or the dish water. The case protects the blade in the drawer and makes it easy to take camping. The blade doesn't stick to anything, not even soft cheese. I have two myself and bought one as a gift. I would highly recommed this knife to everyone.

Definently recommend it for chefs5
I bought this knife at Williams- Sonoma retail store in Williamsburg, Virginia. It is an amazing paring knife and real sharp. I would definently suggest this to Culinary Students. My culinary program i'm enrolled in gave up "ok" paring knives. i decided that it was a time for an upgrade.

Almost Perfect Paring Knife5
I have to admit when I saw the knife in the womans magazine I ordered it because it comes in red.But once I received it I fell in love with it.It's sharp and just glides through potato skins like a hot knife through butter. The case with it makes it the perfect knife to take with my Girl Scouts on campouts; because we can pack it with the kitchen supplies without wrapping it in a towel or putting it into a special box to keep from cutting ourselves while digging through the box.If I had to list a bad quality I'd be out of luck.Because it's great and the price was even better than advertised in the ad of the magazine.
