Exactly what I wanted it to be!
We have wood counter tops and needed something paper-thin that would blend next to the sink yet provide waterproofing while being safe/sturdy for cutting. This item solved form and function for less than what it costs at Target. We are VERY pleased. Do not, however, place hot items directly on it for it will warp. I plan to replace the one I warped with another!! Thanks again, amazon.com!

Deceptive
The title description of this product calls it a "board." It is not a board at all! It is peace of flimsy plastic. Even the picture is deceptive. You can't see how thick it is from the angle of the picture. I felt very ripped off, and compelled to write this review to warn others from making the same mistake. DO NOT buy this if you are looking for a wooden cutting board!

Not worth it
I didn't read the product description closely enough, if you are considering ordering this be SURE to read it! In my head I was thinking "wooden cutting board" and not a bad price to pay for such a large one. However, it is NOT wood, it is a thin plastic sheet. No way is it worth the $9.99 price. I have seen similar ones in stores much, much cheaper. I will probably keep it, only because I hate to have to box things up to send back and use it as a lesson to me to be more careful, but if it had come from a local store, it would be going back today! But it is a case of "caveat emptor" and only I am to blame, just be forewarned if you want to order this.
