Bad product!
This fell apart immediately upon removing from bubble pack and I could never make it work. This was cheap but worthless! I returned it immediately and ordered the Kodak brand version. Not worth anything!!

IT WORKS FINE FOR ME
I don't possess any Kodak KLIC-8000 CRV3 1600 micro Ampere hours lithium ion batteries. However I do possess four of a cheaper brand of much higher power 2000 micro Ampere hours lithium ion batteries. This charger charges these batteries well and quickly. Like the Kodak batteries, my batteries contain circuitry to stop the attempt to charge them when they are fully charged to prevent overcharging or possible ruining of the batteries. I use the batteries in a Kodak Easyshare Z1485 camera and the batteries work very well.

Does What It Claims;
Does it fast. Here's the solution to the "WTF-is-with-the-LEDs" issue: if you can see Green, then you are charged. Otherwise, you are not. (If you can't see ANY LEDs, then there is something amiss with either the charger or your wall-outlet.) It comes with all the adapters you need, and is about 3X faster than the KLIC charger supplied by Kodak. Recommended.
