This is another winner from AT. It's about bdsm/sub/dom. The bondage stories read very, very well and were some of the most tantalizing I have yet to read. (Seriously.) Additionally, the writing was good. The kicker is that the stories were true, only the names, specific events, etc. have been changed. Well, this certainly adds a new wrinkle to the story, but, in any event, it still doesn't change the fact that this is some hot stuff. A must, must read for bondage fans! Another good bet: Breaking the Girl and Eager to Please: Two Erotic Novels of Submission.

Even if the bondage stories in "Pleasure Bound" weren't based on real encounters, they'd be compelling. Knowing they are true (maybe with names and few details changed for legal reasons), makes them all the more pleasurable. Billed as "True Bondage Stories," the twenty-three tales in this anthology, edited by Alison Tyler, are full of unrestrained, restrained passion, coupled with the voyeuristic thrill that comes from knowing these stories are not just the figments of the writer's imaginations. From Nikki Magennis' succinct "Handfast" to Stephen Elliott's haunting "Once More Beneath The Exit Sign," these BDSM stories have many flavors, and this collection is just the thing for when you want to pass on the vanilla.

So I'm a little slow. I got this book because I'm becoming a huge fan of Ms. Tyler's anthologies. Fandom plus a certain fondness for BDSM stories? Oh yeah, I was purchasing this. And I was *not* disappointed. These stories are fantastic, and have helped me overcome a childhood aversion to Mr. Rogers.

But these are true?!?!? When I came back here to add my own two cent review, I finally noticed the word "true bondage stories" in the title. So excuse me while I go reread these. I might be awhile...
