The heart of the MacPack Combo backpack is the MacPack Shell. It's new, industry first, BRIGHTSIGHT interior reflects light deep into the compartments making finding things much easier, even under low light conditions. The MacPack Combo backpack works exclusively with MacCase Sleeves. Sleeves use very dense foam wrapped in proprietary "Stealth Black" metallic-look nylon fabric that perfectly matches the exterior of the MacPack. All Sleeves feature tough polyester wrapped piping that surrounds the case on three sides and acts as a bumper absorbing small impacts. Sleeves' custom design perfectly fits each iBook and PowerBook and indexes perfectly into the MacPack. It comes with fully padded protection and interior lined with a soft touch velvet fabric. This one has it all
I searched for this type of backpack for a long time. I wanted something with lots of pockets for organization, something that would be comfortable, something not hideously ugly (as many laptop bags are), something that would be comfortable to wear for a whole day if need be, and something that would fit more than just the laptop and accessories.

I didn't expect to find ALL of that. Just most. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got this MacPack. Because it had all the features I wanted, and more. I can't imagine a better backpack on the market than this one.
