Pandering
Clearly this cable channel said, "How can we get more viewers?" and answered, "Let's bring in the dog lovers." I thought this work would be full of "Big dogs do X, but little dogs do Y." "Little dogs live X years, but big ones live Y." Really, this was just about dogs as pets generally. If you are a dog owner and want to learn that humans have had dogs as pets for centuries and that millions of others are dog owners and lovers like you, then peep this. Otherwise, this presents nothing incredibly new. It's dogs, dogs, and more dogs, nothing more, nothing less.
