Great Customer Service
I bought this Lava Lamp from City Living/Amazon, and another one from a different supplier at Christmas time because I needed 2 different colors for my kids, and neither had a variety at the time. The one from City Living was at first, slow to react, and then after being plugged in a second time, died. My kids and I were very disappointed.

HOWEVER, I wrote to the company (via Amazon) and they IMMEDIATELY shipped a replacement lamp - which works GREAT - and they did NOT ask for any additional money for the shipping of the new lamp, and they didn't need for the old lamp to be shipped back either. They just sent a replacement.

The customer service was excellent: efficient, friendly, and came with a happy result. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CITY LIVING to other customers.
