Retro Mod Design Element
I have a rather eclectic decorating style, the copper finished lava lamp fits right in! I have an archway that devides two rooms, it is decorated with all kinds of items from orange to deep red; candles, lanterns, goblets, etc. This lava lamp lights up a dark corner, and the supposedly purple media is actually a beautiful raspberry color. The copper hardware gives a retro sense of an old timey carriage lamp, with the "mod" sixties look of the lava. A visual "joke" if you will, but everyone that has seen it has had very positive comments! Nice product, reasonable price.

I bought this lamp for my husband's b-day. The colors are beautiful. He thinks it's "awesome", and it truly is! I can honestly say, we turn it on every day. The styling of the copper base is an aesthetic plus. It is nicely constructed, looks, and works great. If it doesn't work at first, read the simple instructions.

The lamp was ordered for my grandson. When it arrived it was discovered to be defective. The lamp had been mounted improperly into the base and leaned heavilly. I had to return it for a refund.
