Best Little TV in Town
This is the best little TV in Town .. or at least in my home.
Remodeled the master bath, and this TV is used over the tub but can be seen anywhere in the room. Watch news, weather, and photo slide shows (connected a DVD to TV) of our family and friends while taking care of business. Guests find it entertaining. The LCD HDTV is exceptional quality with a clear picture at a reasonable price plus packed well and shipped quickly.
Good small HDTV
I am happy with the picture, it's very crisp on still images some blur with fast action, but still better than the tube type it replaced. Sound is about average, the speakers are small. The instructions are vague as usual and I floundered around until I got it set up. I'm persistant, some may give up and ask for help. Three times the set has frozen like windows on a computer, disconnected the power cord to reboot the set. Then it goes on like nothing happened. It's a very good value but I hope they get better soon.
Great little TV
I decided to purchase a small TV for my bedroom. My main TV is a Sharp Aquos 32" LCD HDTV, which is a superb TV, so I naturally looked into Sharp for a small version. I like Sharp HDTVs as they come with a QAM tuner, which allows me to get the local HDTV channels and many unscrambled digital channels from cable - I don't want a set-top box in the bedroom.
This set was everything I expected. HD stations look great and SD stations are quite acceptable at the viewing distance I use. The speakers are small, so the sound isn't nearly as good as my 32", but you can't really expect them to be. So, if you're looking for a nice, small TV that will pull in the local HD stations from either antenna or cable, give this one a serious look.
