Dark Chocolate flavor
This is a great shake and a super alternative to a chocolate shake.. however the chocolate is a little bit chalky and has a little bit of an after taste.. However nutritionally if you are going to really go eat something BAD and has lots of carbs, this is an excellent alternative..

FANTASTIC TASTE!!
THESE ARE GREAT COLD. WALMART SELLS THE 4 PACK BOXES FOR AROUND $5 EACH. I CANT FIND THEM CHEAPER ANYWHERE ELSE. I DRINK ONE EVERY DAY FOR THE PROTEIN AND LOW SUGAR. YOU HAVE TO TRY THEM!!

Tastes great *and* filling
These make an excellent breakfast or afternoon snack. The taste is quite good, with a rich chocolate flavor. While some of the Atkins shakes are so-so (the Strawberry comes to mind) both of the chocolate flavors are quite good. These have 2 grams of net carbs and overall are great asset for the carb counter.
