The sultry silver mother-of-pearl dial face includes just the signature single dotted marker at 12 o'clock--evocative of a sun dial--and two sword-shaped hands. So beautiful!
this watch is so pretty and classy. its light weight. feels great on. it is expensive... and it is a movado...lol... but if you are buying a watch for the way it looks and feels and not the name... i love it. i bought it as a dress watch but it is so simple and functional and not 2 blingy that you could almost get away with it for an everyday...sans housework of course...lol...i took it 2 movado and they guaranteed its authenticity and sized it for me at no charge. wow. i thought they were the museum watch of the 80's...they have some really cute stuff now....worth another look. LOVE IT!!!!!

Great gift with a few glitches.
I bought the watch through Jomashop. I have no complaints about the product. It came in great condition and, as a gift it made my wife very happy. I did have an issue with the adjustment of the links in the band. My wife needed two links removed and two very reputable local jewelers could not do it. Jomashop does not do service work so I was down to the choices of sending it to an authorized repair shop or returning the watch for a refund. I opted for the former and got great service from a shop in the Chicago area, but since Jomashop does not send the warrantee card I paid for both the service and the shipping. Since the watch was a favorite of my wife's and I could not buy it locally the action I took was ultimately the right set of choices to make, but I am used to and quite frankly give better service than that in my business!

Summary: Beautiful watch that was a pain to get adjusted. And I hope it does not break as we have no warrantee card!

Nice Buy
I bought this watch for my wife as a wedding gift and she loves it. It has a classy look it and it can be worn dressy or casual. The only problem is that the watch is like a bracelet so it's no stationary to her wrist so when she began wearing it to work the band got some scratches in it because it moves around a lot. Otherwise, I'm happy with the purchase....
