American Transformational CEOs
Unlike great entrepreneurs, CEOs do not have be transformational, and many are transactional. Many assume control of successful organizations firing on all cylinders. Consequently, all they have to do is keep fueling the engine of growth.

The analogy is the corporation is a well built ship. The captain (CEO) does not have to spend a great deal of time ship building; unlike an entrepreneur who must build the ship while sailing it around finding customers and avoiding pirates. This is a relatively short list for a number of reasons.
