It’s the 10th anniversary of Lego Star Wars™, and Imperial forces are invading the Rebels’ secret base on the ice planet Hoth. As Han Solo leaves for a mission on his Tauntaun, snowtroopers attack with their heavy repeating blaster. It’s up to the Rebel Alliance troopers to fight back with their missile-firing defense turret and trench with figure-flinging battle action.

Fun new set :)
Very cute, new Star Wars Lego set. Easy to put together for your 6 year old with a nice amount of mini-figures.

PRO's-5 nice and very cool mini-figures (2 Hoth Troopers, 2 Snowtroopers, Hoth Han Solo) plus a great looking Taun Taun figure (so I guess you could say 6 figures). Cool looking Snowtrooper weapon and a rotating gun turret with a hidden door and top hatch to hold a figure. Also neat is behind the 'snow' wall the two Hoth Troopers stand on a tilting platform. When you push down on the center section you can snap the figures into the air simulating an expolsion.

CON's- The turret at times comes off too easily from the base but it's still very playable.

I recommend it for younger Star Wars Lego fans and for fans looking for some neat figures.

"Taun" of fun with Taun Taun
It was a fun set with nice minifigures like Hoth rebel troopers and cool turet gun setup as well as the Tuan tuan. Is can be used to create nice battle scene of the Hoth battle.

My son loved some of the pop up features on this lego set. He also loved the characters that came with it, especially the super cool white lego goggles. He is an avid Lego player and collector and the Echo Base was a happy addition.
