Alexandria Jones and the history of math
Use these resources to enrich your study of math and history. Join homeschooler Alexandria Jones, her archaeologist father, and the rest of their family as they discover a triangular treasure from ancient Egypt, puzzle over patterns in Pythagorean pebbles, or explore the applications of math in daily life. We will learn about hieroglyphic math, fractals and chaos theory, logarithms, geometric algebra, and much, much more. What fun!

These books cover a wide range from elementary through middle school to high school and adult reading levels. Many homeschool families like to work together, with students of all ages studying the same topics. If you have only younger children, I encourage you to consider the upper-level books as background reading for the teacher. (They are just too good to leave out.)
