Product Description

Incluso a mí."

Heron Ryan, periodista:

Customer Reviews

Estoy completamente de acuerdo con la persona anterior2
This guy has one good book and the rest are... well, not as good (IMO). I want to know what he was on when he wrote this book (Must have been some good stuff). I did read it in one day because I was traveling and my plane got delayed (I bought this at one of those airport bookstores). If you are picking up this book thinking you'll be reading about a woman with tremendous supernatural powers-- don't. This book is about a woman who gets in touch with "the goddess" by dancing and doing other ordinary things. The main character is a young lady. The book is about her path to achieving some sort of level of mental concentration.

Wow. What a pleasure5
Paulo Coelho has a way of writing that is simplistic in it's words, but deep in meaning. "The Witch of Portobello" does not falter from this description. I have to say that when I began reading, I had to read, and re-read the first few segments. I didn't understand what the author was trying to do. But, once I found the rhythm of his words, it was all I could do to stop reading.

This book touches on a woman outside the "normal realm" of society. She tries to find herself in different ways, and touches people in the process. This story is written from their prospective, and is a very different way of learning a story.

Yet another great story from a wonderful writer.

"Beauty"5
Paulo Coelho is my favorite author, his passion, realism, and humanity are present in every chapter of his books. The edition I bought did not have the pages evenly cut, but the power, passion of his words gave also beauty to the imperfect pages.
