Good Stuff
I got turned on to this by a friend of mine, and this stuff really does help. I started taking this stuff and exercising more and now I am in the best shape I have ever been in. It could be just a mind set that I am in but I believe this stuff works. Take it for a month then take about two weeks off then start again and I am here to tell you this stuff helps. I have been taking it for 6 months now and I have gone from 225 to 192 it.

Excellent for Weightloss.
My brother is a professional bodybuilder, and before his shows when he needs to lose his weight at a gradual pace, he uses this item. So I began using it when he offered for me to try it. I usually DO NOT take supplements to lose weight or gain muscle of any sort, I am NOT the type of person to pop pills everyday, so you can understand how aggravating it must have been that I had to resort to this. I did extensive research on Lipo6 before I began taking it. I was fearful of the caffeine content, as I don't consume any usually. And it did have a terrible effect on me, I was a bit jumpy, jittery etc,. HOWEVER- everyone is RIGHT when they say those side-effects DEFINITELY subside after the first week!! you will not feel a thing , trust me I am extremely sensitive to caffeine too. Going through the stress of graduate school I gained 20lbs. I've been taking Lipo6 now for about a couple weeks. The first week I lost 4lbs (great!), and its been wonderful from there. I DO workout and I eat a very nutritious diet. I believe that if you do eat horribly and do not perform some type of exercise, you will GAIN NOTHING from Lipo6. It has been a great addition to my workout and healthy eating plan- to say the least. I am getting ready for a wedding in August, and I am positive that I will reach my goal if I maintain my routine with Lipo6! I truly do hope you will take my review into consideration when you are buying this product- because if you were a skeptic like me, reading this honest review will be a great help, i know. If I could afford to, I would love to create a website for Lipo6, because this stuff really saved my life-- working out and eating right and not getting the results you desire can be a hard hit to take, but Lipo6 has saved me! :) .. Works Well
The effects of this product will vary from person to person, I've heard from some that it did wonders for and others it just made them feel sick. I've tried past Nutrex - Lipo 6 brands (6 and 6X), and this one has worked the best of the three for me. Lipo 6 standard gave me a noticeable boost, but made me kind of anxious and I did not notice any weight loss really. Lipo-6X was even worse and just made me feel nauseous and anxious, even at the minimum doses.

I'm normally too tired from waking up early and working all day that by the time I get home I just crash and go to sleep because I have no energy to do anything else. But with Lipo-6 Black it gives me just enough of a boost to where I don't just want to go right to sleep when I get home, so I can get some exercising done. It's a very very subtle boost, not a noticeable jolt that will make your heart rate go off the charts just by taking it or anything. It also doesn't make me feel nauseous at all - even at the maximum recommended dosage, something I can't say about the past two Lipo6 products. After two months I've about gotten rid of the fat I had around my lower abdomen/lovehandles area that I had developed during the last winter food/beer season , so it seemingly works. But I've also been running/exercizing daily and eating pretty decently though, you can't just take it and sit all day eating mcdonalds and expect it to have the same effects.

I'll stick with this as my remedy for the yearly holiday weight gain in the future.
