The poopy insert gets flushed, the nylon liner gets washed, and the outer fabric cover stays clean (most of the time). A little more "work" than disposables but you get to avoid diaper genies, the baby's heiny is cuter and more comfortable, and you feel good about not contributing to insane landfill waste.

Got this as a hand-me-down and also bought a Boppy. This one proved to be the better breastfeeding pillow. The main advantage is the clip-on strap that allows you to pick up the baby if he falls asleep during a meal and carry him to his crib, with the pillow in place. The boppy would inevitably fall down as soon as I got up while holding the baby and did not allow for as much maneuverability.

Got this as a hand-me-down with a Peg-perego car seat and have used it as baby's primary stroller for the first 4 months. The best thing about it is how much the basket can fit. It's perfect for stowing all the baby gear, groceries and whatever you accumulate while out and about. It's also nice to be able to unbuckle the car seat with the sleeping baby inside to carry him upstairs undisturbed.
