Customer Reviews

Excellent otudoor toy!5
This was purchased as a birthday gift for our one year old son. We wanted something that he could use for more than a year or two, and this definitely fits the bill! He's a bit too small for it now, but does love going down the slide with assistance.

As far as assembly, I was very impressed by how easy it was. It took us right at 45 minutes to finish it, but that also included many breaks so my husband could chase our son around the yard! The one thing that threw me off was that there are not holes for the screws, just indents, so just know you have to screw through these to assemble it. The directions were fairly clear, but could be a little better. The parts all fit together absolutely perfectly, and we had no problems figuring it out.

I love that this has two different levels and there different ways to climb up (the plank, climbing from the lower level, and vertical stairs). The slide is just a little longer than most, which will last him longer, but it does come to a rather abrupt stop at the end. Once he gets used to it, that will be fine. The ropes going up the plank are not quite as taught as I would like, but that is easily rectified by adding another knot on the end.

I also like that the colors are muted, so it blends into our yard rather than sticking out light a bright, sore thumb like many outdoor play items do.

Overall, we are absolutely thrilled with this!

Great choice4
My son is 18 months old and loves his Little Tikes Seek & Explore Expedition Climber. It was very easy to put together and he and climb and slide down all by himself. He thinks he is a BIG BOY cause he can do it all by himself. It truly babysits for me for hours. We absolutely love it.
