Buy new: $29.95 My DD has made several accounts on the LPS site because it won't ever acknowledge her user name (We get an error saying her username is wrong).
This is a consistent problem I have e-mailed them several times about (with no response). What's the use of having one if you can't play with the web aspect?

Buy new: $3.99 BAD customer service (They don't answer e-mails!), very few fAQ's available from Web site. And no phone# so you can speak with a real person.
We had a problem getting our user name approved. It didn't get approved until I gave this toy a bad review on Amazon (ironic?).
In comparison- My DD loves Webkinz and logs on to it daily!
