The best storage containers I've found

I have a lot of Lock & Lock containers in all sizes and use them for pantry storage of everything from cereal and snack crackers to flour, sugar and coffee. I also have a bunch of different sizes for leftovers. They are airtight and food lasts a really long time. They don't absorb odors or food particles and are easy to clean. The nice thing is that you can store them on their sides or upside-down, even with liquids in them and they never leak which is great if you have a frig that never seems to have enough space, like mine. I use them to mix salad dressings because they are so leak proof.

I've converted half of my neighbors into using them. I've used Tupperware and Rubbermaid in the past, but nothing comes close to these. I'm a believer!

Great spill proof containers
I don't know if these are really airtight, but they're great containers if you need to transport food to a party. They don't spill. I used to use the Glad type containers but always lost half my soup or other liquidly treat on the way to the party.lo

Lovin' Lock & Lock!
I have several sizes in the Lock & Lock containers - they are terrific! I use them mainly in my pantry. I store snack crackers, nuts, pretzels, chips ~ almost everything in them. They keep crackers fresh much, much longer than other storage containers or ziplock bags. We have kept pretzels for weeks longer than in a regular ziplock bag and they are still crisp and fresh. My local Walmart used to sell them and then stopped for some reason- I am so glad Amazon carries them. I highly recommend these containers!
