Must haves for me included > 50", DLP, split screen and 2 HDMI inputs. Quality is great, HD pictures are amazing and SD pictures suck. There seems to be a fan or some other electronic piece that makes some sound when the TV is on. Other than the electronic noise, I am VERY happy with this purchase.

Has the ability to send to A, B or A+B speakers to allow me to play music to the outside speakers. Does not come with any kind of mounting bracket for the rear speakers. Had to solution that myself. Very pleased with the unit so far, had all the inputs I needed. I can't find a way to fully control the unit from my DirecTV remote, otherwise I would call the sound setup perfect.

Buy used from: $199.99 DirecTV gave me a good deal on the unit when I threatened to leave for cable. It has a 3rd tuner for picking up Over-the-Air HD local and channels and the DirecTV installer ran the cable but I had to mount the OTA dish.

Buy used from: $150.00 I have the ability to play the music I have stored on a networked computer and access digital photos but does require Zune installed on the networked PC. Games look amazing and we are happy overall. Also, its very noisy and gets VERY hot, so plan some airflow accordingly. I don't know if I am going to like running DVDs through this thing, its quite loud.

Buy new: $16.99 / Used from: $9.99 YOu basically have to get this. The controllers come with a setup for AA batteries which you can kill quickly. Buy one of these per controller to make them rechargeable. Lame that they are not included.
