Customer Reviews
A must read for all beginners!
This book by Don Zutz is clear and well written. Anyone from a beginner like myself to a seasoned shooter can and will learn from this book. I personally have recommended this book to several of my friends.
A great read for the shotgunning sportsman
If you check out the inside flaps and the back cover, they accurately sum up the book. This is a collection of of Don Zutz's articles written for Ducks Unlimited. His commitment, depth of knowledge, and passion for the sport come through in his thorough, down-to-earth writing. I've only been hunting for a few years so it was hard to put the book down - each successive article seemed to be written specifically to answer questions I have wanted to ask "the experts". While beginners will have lots to chew on, Don often writes to dispel "armchair wisdom" with scientific tests that benefit us all.
very good overview
This book does a fine job giving a nice overview on the details of shotgunning.
