RAM II Silent Noise
RAM II RAM stories take place before the ROM stories. So Sister Esther does not appear in the written version of these stories.

Neverland - Leon and Abel go to a private island in the English Channel.Dr. Barrie has escaped. At the end the children are shipped to Empire.
Silent Noise - Abel investigates and tries to arrest Dr. Barrie in Barcelona. Sister Noelle Bor temporarily rejoins AX to help him. Von Kampher(sic) destroys the train station to kill Barrie. Noelle and Abel investigate the destruction of the train station.
Overcount - Abel resigns from AX, but comes back to save Caterina.
Sling-blade - Hugue find the man who betrayed and destroyed his family and why.

SO much better than the anime!
The novel goes into further detail and explains much more than the anime does. Things happen much differently. I love it. I can't wait til the rest of the series comes out.
