spaghetti
Not at all as wonderful as described in the literature Mahota's blood sugar shot up after she ate the whole box at one sitting. She says she still thinks they say it has insulin in it. The advertising is not too clear.

Awful
The product was awful. I tried one dish & threw the rest out. It didn't taste or feel close to regular spaghetti. I am diabetic so I decided to try low carb spaghetti. The write ups on this product are extremely misleading. I guessDreamfields Healthy Low Carb Living Pasta, Penne Rigate, 16-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6) i will have to do without spaghetti@
